We will need images of the product in its packaging and the box in which it was shipped. Any damage to product in transit MUST be documented. La Belle uses heavy weighted boxes to protect our products and rarely sees an issue with product safety, but in the off chance there is please make sure to reach out and include imagery to support the damage. La Belle Perfumes must be notified (or guide if used) of any delivery issues within 7 days of confirmed delivery provided from the courier (based the tracking provided at time of shipment). If you do not have any issues with delivery, mainly such as stolen after delivery, you may deselect the guide option which cost is approximately 1% of value. Theft and stolen after delivered will not be covered when confirmed delivery (final delivery scan) to the requested address is provided unless GUIDE PROTECTION was selected at checkout. For large orders UPS Ground will be used for transit which could take 1-7 days (longer if further from Florida). UPS 2 Day takes 2 business days for transit, USPS can be 2-8 days (next day for local Miami deliveries).
